Wealth Management Administrator

- Ensure members are introduced to, and educated on, Sunrise Wealth financial products and services
- Contribute to the annual sales plan through consistent, professional service with clients
Provide administrative support for specialized wealth services to advisors and clients
Preparation of documents
- Tracking information for Advisors
- Open and update client files
- Diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts
- Coordinate advisors’ agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients meetings
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
- Ensure effective communication among all parties (clients, advisors, and various collaborators)
- Collaborate with non-wealth branch staff
- Exemplify strong self-management, time-management and organizational aptitude
- Collaborate with non-wealth branch staff to ensure member needs are delivered in a seamless manner between servicesEducational Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Salesforce CRM education and experience preferred
- Certification in financial planning, investment and/or insurance preferred
- Current enrolment in or completion of the Mutual Funds Course
- Experience
- A practical knowledge of the various financial products, investment markets and insurance products accessible to an investor.
- Proven self-starter with demonstrated organizational and relationship building skills within the financial services industry
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other roles to ensure member needs are delivered in a seamless manner
- Experience in business office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to regulatory industries
- Strong computer skills including office applications, investment software and product applications.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex information from a number of sources
- Solid decision-making skills – ability to make reasoned and timely decisions
