A day in the life as a Senior Relationship Manager:

Interview members and potential members, gather information, determine business needs, and conduct an analysis on credit worthiness Fully understand the history, goals, objectives, and status of the member’s business by actively monitoring and managing the business relationship Proactively assess and anticipate member’s needs to identify solutions to meet those needs and the member’s broader business objectives Provide proactive, individualized financial advice, and achieve business development targets Foster long term member relationships through consistent follow-up in order to cross-sell credit union products and services as well provide referrals to other business partners within the organization

What you bring to the table:

Post-secondary education is required, a diploma in Agribusiness/Business Administration is preferred Five to eight years of small business/commercial banking experience is expected; agriculture banking experience is preferred A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation A go-getter who is not afraid to go out to grow our book of business A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done

Pay range for this position is $93,378.72 to $119,147.02CAD. Pay is based on skills and experience.
