SAP Business Partner, Promotions and Sales Programs

We are looking for an SAP business partner who is eager to contribute to the daily business operations efficiency. The BP will ensure that the sales programs and promotions business processes are well integrated and supported by the ERP system in place while finding new opportunities to improve.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Be the voice of the business users to deliver/carry improvement ideas by driving interactions between end users and I&T Centre of Expertise (CoE), acting as a pivot and influence outcomes.
- Manage all the business requirements and provide proper communications to management and end users.
- Develop expertise to be able to challenge business requirements and advertise standard system solutions.
- Execute small improvements and fix integrated testing.
- Develop and entertain SAP BP community.
- Participate in new employee onboarding and conduct end-user training.
- Become part of the senior North American sales support team structure reporting directly to the manager and as such, you will have a leading role in ensuring daily operations are at their highest operating capability and efficiency.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support or order management with a strong understanding of Sales processes and promotion-related programs.
- Technology savvy as it is part of the day-to-day - knowledge of Vistex Revenue Management Solutions or SAP/S4/Hana are highly valuable assets.
- Ability to plan, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills and ability to influence, inspire and rally others toward a common goal.
- Curiosity and desire to understand; connect the dots and understand systems particularities.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
