Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator will support the HR team with reporting, communications, and overall organizational tasks.

As HR Administrator, you’ll get to:

  • Support the HR team with pulling and inputting data into Dayforce, the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews.
  • Support the HR team with onboarding new employees including new hire equipment set up, office tour, first day message, resource binder, meeting space bookings, confirming attendees, etc.
  • Generate reports for data analysis.
  • Send memos and regular communications on behalf of the HR team as advised.
  • Oversee invoices for HR expenses.
  • Provide ad hoc recruitment support including resume screenings, job postings, contract creation, job offers, reference and background checks, updating recruitment boards.

  • Educational background in Human Resources Management is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
  • A can-do attitude and eagerness to grow their human resources knowledge.
