Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Human Resources and Administrative Services to join our senior management team. This key role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources and administrative strategies that support the company\u2019s growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources and administrative strategies that align with the company\u2019s business objectives.
  • Lead the human resources and administrative functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching and counseling to management and staff.
  • Manage the corporate IT group and real estate affairs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support the organization\u2019s human resource needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years of progressive and varied senior-level experience in human resources and administration.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with or leading a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing change and fiscal responsibility.
  • At least five years of human resources management experience.
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
