Title PMO Practice Reporting specialist - MS Project

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a PMO Practice Reporting specialist - MS Project for our client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 
The Position: PMO Practice Project Specialist

The Role: Developing a Consolidated Project Schedule for Governance

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a consolidated Microsoft project plan for all projects in the IS Portfolio to enable compliance, milestone, stage gate and other schedule driven PMO reporting.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Project reports.
- Maintain the data that drives the PMO KPIs to ensure quality reporting.
- Work with other PMO Practice team members to enable Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Document solutions and produce user guides as required.

The Requirements:
- Certificate and/or equivalent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Project
- Experience with MS Project reports, subproject linking and other advanced functionality
- Solid understanding of project planning & scheduling based on PMI best practices
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Experience in effectively communicating with senior leadership.
- Takes accountability and ownership of work products and focuses on highquality output.

- Microsoft Project OnLine
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Microsoft PPM (Portfolio and Project Management)
