Résumé des fonctions:

Offre un service à la clientèle en coordonnant les activités des associés pour qu'ils effectuent les tâches assignées avec le terminal portatif. S’assure que l’aire de vente est zonée et stockée. Offre son aide pour répondre aux besoins des consommateurs en matière d’achats. Cela sera accompli en s'assurant que la marchandise se trouve au bon endroit dans un environnement propre et sécuritaire. Ce gérant de rayon travaillera comme leader d'une équipe pour planifier et exécuter stratégiquement les tâches selon la charge de travail et les tendances habituelles de la clientèle.

Ce que vous ferez:

  1. Offre un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients poliment et de manière courtoise, aide les clients en faisant la promotion des produits et des services, repère la marchandise et prend des décisions d’achats, résout les problèmes liés aux clients et transmet les préoccupations, s’il y a lieu.
  2. Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des tâches du processus de disponibilité pour les clients (PDC) - Travailler la section, processus PDC pour les emplacements de stockage, stockage de sélections.
  3. Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des changements de prix et des présentoirs.
  4. Délègue, aide et fait le suivi de l’achèvement des modules du secteur assigné.
  5. Délègue et aide aux tâches dans les secteurs requis de l’aire de vente, au besoin. Aide aux tâches de récupération de la marchandise et de zonage.
  6. Contribue à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres des balayages de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés et sans débris.
  7. S'assure que les associés prennent leurs pauses selon l’horaire de couverture.
  8. Forme, accompagne et donne du feed-back aux associés.
