Our client is looking for a Junior Help Desk Analyst to provide tier 1 troubleshooting support through various communication channels.
Must Have
·3+ Years of Help Desk Analyst experience
·Experience updating Knowledge Bases
·Certificate or diploma in computer science
Nice to Have
·Bilingual
Required Skills:
·Resolving incidents over various communication styles
·Comfortable with a variety of basic software solutions
·Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new tools
·Familiarity with updating and using a knowledge base
·General knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes
