Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer (18-Month Contract) with a strong background in Snowflake, Informatica and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and reliable flow of data across various systems. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.Responsibilities:Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake, AWS, and Informatica.Design and implement data models, schemas, and databases that meet business requirementsOptimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and reduce costsMonitor and improve the performance of data pipelines and queriesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and storageQualifications:Extensive experience with designing data architecture Strong proficiency in Snowflake, including data warehousing concepts and SQL.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Proficiency in Python programming language for data processing.If you’re interested in this role, please contact me at daniel.thomassin@tekrek.io.
