We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, visualization, and analytics, combined with expertise in programming languages such as Python or R. In this role, you will be responsible for building automated ETL/ELT pipelines, working with Azure resources, and delivering insightful Power BI solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process and integrate data from multiple source systems.Create and optimize scalable data models and visualizations in Power BI for actionable insights.Utilize Python or R for data manipulation, advanced analytics, and automation as needed.Develop and maintain T-SQL/PL-SQL scripts to support data transformation and querying.Work extensively with Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure services to design and implement scalable data solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver impactful dashboards.Ensure system scalability, performance, and security in all implemented solutions.Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and Azure advancements to enhance solutions.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience building automated ETL/ELT or data integration processes involving multiple data sources.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and analysis.Strong knowledge of T-SQL/PL-SQL for database querying and transformations.Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure cloud resources.Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Software Engineering:Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and best practices for data analytics platforms.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in agile teams or using DevOps practices for CI/CD.Familiarity with advanced Power BI features such as paginated reports, Row-Level Security (RLS), or AI-powered visuals.Certifications in Azure or Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
