Le ou la titulaire du poste sera chargé·e de concevoir les modèles de données, incluant entrepôts et magasins de données, ainsi que de développer des processus de flux des données. En tant qu'expert·e en intelligence d'affaires, il/elle établira des normes et meilleures pratiques, et partagera son expertise en BI et analyse de données avec l'équipe.


Principales responsabilités

  • Concevoir des modèles de données, des processus de flux des données et des tableaux de bords visuels (indicateurs clés de performance) ;
  • Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques pour le traitement des données ;
  • Maintenir des documents techniques à jour ;
  • Établir des normes et meilleures pratiques en intelligence d'affaires ;
  • Partager les meilleures pratiques en BI et analyse de données.


Expérience/Formation


Spécialisations techniques

  • Posséder au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’architecte BI
  • Modélisation de données pour le BI : OLAP, ODS et OLTP
  • Expérience avec la plateforme Snowflake
  • Expérience avec des outils d’intégration/ingestion des données (Atout : Matillion)
  • Expérience avec des outils de visualisation de données (Requis : Power BI)
  • Expérience avec les tests automatisés et pipelines CI/CD
  • Expérience avec services Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), un atout
  • Connaissance du langage R ou Python, un atout


Critères généraux

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en BI ou équivalent
  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français)
  • Connaissance du domaine de l’assurance générale
