How will you make an impact in this role?

Data Analytics Solutions – Emerging Technologies team is looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst that crafts data solutions across a set of emerging technologies for Technology Risk and Information Security customers. If you are an innovative data professional who is looking to build products and services that target the Cyber Threat landscape using sophisticated data processing and analytics tools and techniques, then we have an opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative data products and applications using emerging technologies covering dashboards/user interface, APIs, data pipelines, data alerts, predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms and generative AI.
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of scalable data architectures to support Generative AI models and Vector DB solutions.
  • Build platform capabilities for data processing, model versioning, training, tuning, serving, experimentation using Cloud Native Architecture.
  • Build relationship with diverse information security groups and lead meetings to gather data and information to measure and improve the effectiveness of information security activities performed within the company.
  • Support the development of information security metrics and criteria.
  • Continuously improve the products through refactoring and optimization of our platform using cloud-native designs.
  • Multi-functional collaboration with peer technology and security customers to deliver high-impacting data products and solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and actively experiment with novel approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead a culture of innovation using rapid prototyping and experimentation to deliver faster, optimal and safer AI products.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

Over 5+ years of IT experience with focus on the following technologies/subject areas:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines that integrate and process data from diverse sources and systems.
  • Proficiency in designing database objects to handle large datasets and experience in writing developing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, Indexes, and Synonyms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing vector databases optimized for efficient search and retrieval to support RAG (Retrieval-augmented generation) based applications.
  • Proven ability to apply emerging technologies to business problems and to apply external thinking.
  • Experience in building and operationalizing Generative-AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) based solutions.
  • Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts such as feature engineering, regression analysis, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, recommendation engines, natural language processing, probabilistic models like Bayesian networks, Markov chain etc.
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity or IT risk domain is helpful but not required.

Hands-on Experience with most of the following tools/frameworks/technologies:

  • Data Engineering tools and technologies: Hadoop, Hive, SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Dask, Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka.
  • Orchestrate: Argo Workflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, ML Run, Triton Inference Server.
  • CICD: Jenkins, XL Release.
  • Object store: MinIO, S3.
  • Hands-on experience on Web Application and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with any cloud-based provider like AWS, Azure, or Google cloud is a plus.
