We're looking for a Head of Sales to scale the current Account Executive team who is passionate about coaching, best practices and developing productive sales teams.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing pipeline and forecasting
- Coaching existing Account Executives
- Hiring and onboarding new Account Executives
- Experience managing a team of AE's
- Experience working in a fast growing company
- Experience hiring and onboarding new AE's
- Experience selling a SaaS product
- Based in the Ontario, Canada
- A background selling within the Scientific Industry
- Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandler methodology
- Fully remote working
- $1150 CAD home office allowance
- $300 CAD personal development allowance
