Der Bereich Onkologie hat die Vision, Krebs als Todesursache zu eliminieren. Wir tragen dazu bei, dass Patient:innen zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt ihrer Erkrankung ebenso wie in fortgeschrittenen Stadien besser behandelt werden können und erweitern unsere Pipeline kontinuierlich. Durch Wirkprinzipien wie Immunonkologie, Tumortreiber und -resistenzen, Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugate sowie DNA-Reparaturmechanismen leisten wir in den Kerntherapiebereichen Lungen-, Brust-, Eierstockkrebs, gastrointestinale und urogenitale Tumore und der Hämatoonkologie einen Beitrag zum Wohlergehen von Patient:innen.

Einfluss nehmen:

  • Entwicklung und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Launch und Brand Strategie für eines unserer Fokusprodukte im Bereich Onkologie (Mammakarzinom)

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie für verschiedene Zielgruppen

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung innovativer Marketingaktivitäten, Kommunikationsmaterialien und neuer digitaler Lösungen

  • Steuerung des cross-funktionalen Brand Teams und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Allianzpartner

  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von relevantem Markt- und Kundenwissen (u.a. Mitgestaltung von Marktforschungen, Monitoring und Analyse von Marktdaten)

  • Planung und Umsetzung sowie Budget- und Erfolgscontrolling

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Omnichannel-Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Agenturen

  • Planung und Organisation von lokalen und nationalen Veranstaltungen sowie Kongressaktivitäten

  • Kontaktaufbau und -pflege zu KEEs (Key External Experts) und indikationsrelevanten Netzwerken

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung kurz-, mittel und langfristiger Produkt-Forecasts

  • Entwicklung und Management von aussagekräftigen KPIs

Stärken beweisen:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, naturwissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder in einer branchenspezifischen Marketingagentur, idealerweise im Produktbereich Onkologie

  • Launcherfahrung oder zusätzliche Qualifikation im digitalen Marketing sind von Vorteil

  • Strategische und analytische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien

  • Hohe Kreativität und Fähigkeit, innovative Projekte eigenständig zu konzipieren und strukturiert voranzutreiben

  • Teamplayerqualitäten mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in einem funktions- und allianzübergreifendem Arbeitsumfeld

  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement

  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
