Position Summary:

In the role reporting to the DtC B2B Ecommerce Manager, the B2B Ecommerce Sales Specialist will respond to Consumer Sales inquiries by email/call/chat / video calling to establish a relationship and understand their business requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow B2B e-commerce channels through various affiliations & websites.
  • Identify and establish strong relations with clients/ Partners.
  • Provide an exceptional first impression of Samsung, show casing how we can help facilitate clients with large order requests.
  • Complete detailed research on incoming companies and prospects to give your outreach the best chance for success, as well as activity logging in Samsung systems.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Samsung products in both consumer and business-related categories.
  • Maintain professionalism by answering questions and building a strong relationship with Aggregators, Partners other Samsung departments and business partners in a timely manner.
  • Drive sales by understanding clients current & future business needs and developing a funnel for continued ROI.
  • Ensuring seamless customer experience from prospect to payment, through many different payment types.
  • Coordination with Channel partners for various activities, processing their payments etc
  • Establish potential clients and initiate first contact, building the Samsung brand & representation within the EPP landscape.
  • Other duties as required to meet business needs

Education/ Knowledge/ Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business or marketing

Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate the Samsung Brand in every interaction with customers and genuinely care about their individual needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Highly accountable and results-oriented, possessing a “can-do” attitude and motivation to meet sale goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks & answer customer questions and/or provide resolutions through demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with Samsung products and features with the ability to make recommendations based on customer needs and wants.
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working in a team environment and independently.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate consumer websites, business portals, Microsoft Office, and e-mail, displaying strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of sales force is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French/English not mandatory, but strong asset.
  • Strong MS office skills
