Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Senior Principal Technical Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor technology trends and research achievements in the computing industry and academia, producing insightful technology reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise strategic technical plans and establish technology projects.
  • Understand pain points and mid-to-long-term requirements, fostering collaborations with local university professors and industry resources for joint projects.
  • Identify new investment opportunities, advocate for the expansion of technology teams and increasing investments, and communicate seamlessly with HQ.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Mandatory technical research and development experience in computing domains, including heterogeneous (CPU/GPU/NPU) computing, High-Speed Interconnections, HPC, Big Data, AI/ML, Graphic Processing, etc.
  • Possess a keen sense of technology, with the ability to quickly summarize information and generate in-depth insight reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to a global team and active participation in various external conferences to gather first-hand information.
