Visit the project site on a regular basis to conduct site inspections for quality control and ensure project deliverables are on schedule. Keep a daily log of site activities, descriptions of work, weather, and safety hazards or issues.Supervise, mentor, coach, and train project personnel to promote a team atmosphere.
