We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our interior design and construction projects to success.

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design and construction projects, with a focus on game rooms and golf simulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, interior design, and construction, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:

o  Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Team Leadership:

o   Lead and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Provide clear direction and support to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Budget and Cost Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Approve project expenses and manage vendor and contractor payments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all project files are organized and accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart sheets).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing projects related to game rooms, entertainment spaces, or golf simulators.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
