Calgary, Canada Miller Immigration Law Firm Full time

Job Description:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters.
  • Prepare and review immigration applications and supporting documents in accordance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law (LLB or JD) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law in Canada.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Ukrainian may be an asset).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling complex immigration cases.
  • Immigration law specialist.
  • Previous experience working with diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and businesses.
