  • Provide expert advice and assistance to clients on US immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, and other related services.
  • Evaluate client eligibility for various US immigration programs and options.
  • Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents in accordance with US immigration laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client documents and information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain immigration processes, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US immigration policies and changes in law.
  • Liaise with US government agencies, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client files, billing, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law (LLB or JD) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Immigration Consultant/Lawyer specializing in US immigration.
  • In-depth knowledge of US immigration legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using immigration software and case management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific US immigration programs such as H-1B visas, EB-5 investor visas, or family-based immigration.
  • Experience handling complex immigration cases and appeals.
  • Familiarity with US immigration forms and documentation requirements.
  • Knowledge of cross-border legal issues and implications.
  • Strong client service orientation and commitment to ethical standards in immigration consulting.
