Your role as an Senior HR consultant:

Advise managers on the application of health, safety, working conditions, remuneration and politics standards

Act as a contact person for employees and answer their human resources questions

Participate in the development of policies, HR procedures and contribute to the establishment of human resources development and development programs and make recommendations

As the ideal candidate, you have:

University training in human resources or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position

In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations: health and safety,remuneration, immigration, etc.

Experience in immigration processes, an asset

Knowledge of an electronic time management system (Synerion) and Employer D, an asset

Excellent judgment and analytical skills

Ability to manage complex situations and established deadlines

Excellent to write and speak French language

Ability to establish positive and collaborative relationships quickly

Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel

In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Discreet and diplomatic
