Source Atlantic is seeking a Project Coordinator in Saint John, NB.

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, the key responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:

  • Project Manager/ Implement Vendor Managed Inventory solutions across Canada
  • Work with branches on inventory planning
  • Quarterly Business Reviews preparation for key accounts
  • Pre-sale customer solution design to support sales teams
  • Process Improvement focus on solution implementations
  • Limited travel to customer sites is required for implementations

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting or in project coordination
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Results-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong excel skills would be an asset
  • PMP, CAPM Designation would be considered an asset
