What You Will Do:
The Demand Planner assists the Sales and Channel teams to support the growth of their accounts while ensuring targets for fill rates and forecast accuracy are met. In this position, the Demand Planner will:

  1. Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Supply to develop forecasts at a SKU level.
  2. Develop consistent communication and processes with Sales leadership and Channel to ensure promotions are supported and forecast expectations are clear.
  3. Track promotional orders to forecast, recommend allocations to the customer.
  4. Load new product launch forecasts and transition planning.
  5. Summarize and communicate the total dollar roll up for Sales and Product across all business units.
  6. Assist Sales by analyzing ordering trends, highlighting items where forecasts do not match trends, and recommending adjustments to correct.
  7. Proactively communicate risks to inventory availability with Sales.
  8. Generate reports related to supply chain metrics including in stocks, forecast accuracy and inventory.
  9. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Channel, and Finance teams in developing the annual sales budget.
  10. Work to continuously improve internal processes and metrics.

What You Will Bring:
Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain or Order Management experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, operations, or another relevant field.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to manipulate data quickly through Excel.
Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Logility, Power BI).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and analytical skills.
