**What you’ll do **
- Responsible for assigned customers’ demand plan/forecast - ensure inventory in-stock in different global distribution centres (DC’s)
- Collaborate with Sales and E-Commerce teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor customer performance scorecard (together with Customer Operations) and facilitate actions to improve service levels specifically on inventory fulfillment/fill rate
- Develop and implement innovative processes in demand planning
- Develop analytics to identify opportunities and risks and recommend appropriate actions including efficient capacity planning for DC’s
- Together with Product Development team, ensure efficient and timely process flow of new product releases
- Work actively with teams to ensure that APO (Advanced Planner Optimizer) is effective and integrates seamlessly with SAP MRP & Sales Order modules including proper reporting in BW
- Develop strong relationship with Operations by timely communication on any forecast shifts that will impact DC’s
- Demonstrate visible leadership in ongoing process improvement initiatives

**What you’ll bring **
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning role with solid understanding of complex forecasting processes and algorithms.
- Education: Post secondary education/degree in related field (degree in Mathematics, with a concentration in Statistics will be an asset).
