Paralegal – Corporate and Securities

Our client is an enterprise located in downtown Montréal and is currently seeking a Corporate/Securities Paralegal to join their team.
Principal responsibilities:
– Preparation of various corporate documents (resolutions, meeting minutes, etc.);
– Preparation of various documents for transactions;
– Update of minute books;
– Filing of Federal, Provincial and Extra-provincial Returns;
– Insider Reports on SEDI; TSX reports
– Filing of annual and quarterly reports;
– Preparation of Management Proxy Circular.
Qualifications:
– Relevant experience in a law firm or in-house (public company and securities law experience is an asset);
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, but basic knowledge of French is required;
– Autonomous, professionalism and efficient.
