Job Description:

At Enso Connect, we are on a path to supporting thousands of vacation rental businesses to transform the travel experience for their guests. To get there, we need an ambitious Head of Product with a growth and value-focused mindset who can help us build a category-leading product. We are looking for someone who has experience leading transformational product initiatives for high-growth SaaS businesses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on our product across the customer journey. You will define product strategy, own the product roadmap, and collaborate with a talented team of designers, marketers, and engineers to bring that vision to life.

This position is ideal for someone who resonates with our mission and is eager to elevate Enso Connect to new heights. It offers the potential for a driven individual to advance to a leadership role within our organization.

What you'll do:
  1. Set a clear, coherent strategy and roadmap for accelerating the adoption of our platform, with measurable goals
  2. Drive consensus around vision, priorities, and decisions within a cross-functional team
  3. Interview our customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points
  4. Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features to launch
  5. Optimize for execution velocity by making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources
Requirements:
  1. You have at least 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment at a SaaS-based technology company
  2. You know how to earn trust from and lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers to ship amazing product experiences at scale
  3. You have a history of excellence and impactful work, with tangible examples of products you've built
  4. You're excited by the idea of talking directly with customers and deeply understanding their problems to craft solutions
  5. You're data-obsessed and know how to turn data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.
  6. You communicate clearly and concisely, both visually and in writing, with experience managing various stakeholders
  7. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity to solve problems without well-defined direction
  8. You have a humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in the hospitality industry, or with a SaaS messaging-related platform
  2. Software engineering experience, a computer science or engineering degree, or similar technical experience is a plus
  3. You are located in Toronto or the GTA
