What you'll be doing

As a Sr Analyst you will play a key role in analytics & reporting and providing Business intelligence to the business unit. This role is an independent contributor and requires 3 years’ experience in the area of reporting and providing business intelligence, preferably in a banking and finance environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in using analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Power Automate. Extracting data through complex queries and converting them into meaningful dashboards will be a typical day.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Provide Business Intelligence: You will be a key point of contact who ensures key KPIs are accurately extracted, cleaned, and interpreted. You will provide business intelligence on KPIs that are performing to the target and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Improving Analytical Efficiency: Identify gaps, develop, and implement automation on repeated reporting, manage validations and checks to increase efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: You build strong relationships internally and externally. You understand the views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem-solving to find the best solution for our clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Team Player & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to your peers, stakeholders, and working team members.
  • Attention to Detail, Accountability, and Strong Communication: You will document your recommendations and communicate with management and business partners to obtain support to move forward. You will constantly challenge the status quo aiming for automation and efficiency.
