Job Responsibilities

  • Develops working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Delivers business related projects to time/cost/quality targets
  • Manage and implement the assigned projects from inception through to completion 
  • Adheres to Project Management governance standards in relation to Project
  • Assesses and manages Project elements: risk, budget, scope, change management and change control, reporting, and end benefit realization
  • Development and management of KPI’s
  • Manage and develop team members to attain project goals and KPI’s
  • Partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration, to implement strategy/programs/initiatives
  • Tracks project progress, escalating risks and issues
  • Builds and maintains project plans and budget, ensuring key milestones are identified, risks and issues logged and resources in place
  • Produces and maintains project documentation, status reports and associated collateral
  • Leads project team and working group meetings
  • Develops and delivers stakeholder engagement and integration of adjacent buildings including constructive stakeholder relationships across the business 
  • Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change
  • Establish and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and Operations
  • Tracks project progress, escalating risks and issues
  • Collaborates with stakeholders/sponsors to ensure alignment and shared understanding of dependencies
  • Reviews post implementation of projects and ensures findings are applied in future projects
  • Provides performance management, technical & career development and coaching
  • Oversee ongoing quality control, participate in quality issue resolution, and manage internal quality control checks for the project 
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle 
  • Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management V or higher in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications Required

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 

Licenses OR Certifications:

  • Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong understanding of prevailing Project Management methods 
  • Extensive knowledge of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Proficient in Project Management software 
  • Must maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices 
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership 
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities 
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal) 
  • Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment
  • Proven capacity to anticipate, identify, and minimize risks
  • Expert ability to detect, capitalize, and be sensitive to others' strengths
  • Demonstrated capability to supervise, delegate, and develop capacity 
  • Tact to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension
  • Effectively leads multi-resource Project Management teams 
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork, promotion of innovation, and overall excellence
  • Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices 
  • Proven success in providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
