  • Technical management of a new Epicor Kinetic implementation. Work in conjunction with 3 rd party consultants to drive the end-to-end process from business requirement to configuration and production deployment.
  • Map data from 4 ERP/Financial systems to a single Kinetic instance. Prepare and execute data loads. Work with implementation team to resolve any load errors.
  • Verify any customization requests cannot be handled by out of the box functionality. Scope new change requests and provide timeline/effort estimates for these enhancements.
  • Provide functional solution support for all new process implementations.
  • Support the solutioning team across all phases from instance design, configuration, testing and implementation.
  • Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented in the Kinetic instance.
  • Review existing ERP systems and map critical functionality to standard Kinetic processes in conjunction with consulting team. Highlight any functional and/or technical gaps between systems.
  • Develop Business Process Management functions (BPMs), Business Activity Queries (BAQs), and Dashboards as approved by the solution design team.
  • Provide support and maintenance to the clients for day to day technical problems which may arise throughout the migration efforts.
  • Advise the core implementation team of any major issues or roadblocks that arise and impact the project timeline.
  • Led coordination and validation of any outsourced development and data extracts.
  • Work in conjunction with infrastructure team on environment setup
  • Provide hyper support during any post go live phases of the project.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in technical field such as Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
  • 5-10+ years technical and functional experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic
  • Experience with prior Epicor implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Critical thinking abilities to analyze existing systems and business processes
  • Ability to troubleshooting and resolve issues with root cause analysis identification
  • Technical skills to generate Data Migration Tool loads, , and Dashboards
  • Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion experience
  • Ability to extract data from SQL and Pervasive databases
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and working with Bills of Materials and Methods of Manufacturing is highly desirable
