Sr. Product Analyst, Application Store Solutions - Brampton, ON

As the Loblaw Technology Senior Product Analyst within the Program Execution Office, you will have the opportunity to supervise and optimize Loblaw Technology processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives. Join us to make a difference

What You'll Do:
  • You will be responsible to develop and document IT processes, procedures, and policies. Implementing IT process frameworks, such as ITIL, to standardize operations is a critical part of this role. Ensuring that processes are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements is critical.
  • Analyzing existing IT processes to identify areas for improvement will be a continuous task. The manager will use data-driven approaches to streamline and optimize processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Managing IT process-related projects from initiation to completion is a significant part of the responsibilities. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against them will be required.
  • Working closely with Loblaw Technology teams, business units, and external collaborators to understand requirements and expectations is vital. Facilitating process-related training and workshops for IT staff and other team members, and communicating process changes, updates, and improvements to relevant parties is expected.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure process effectiveness is important. Supervising and reporting on process performance, providing insights for decision-making, and implementing corrective actions when process performance does not meet expectations will be ongoing tasks.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven ability in Information Technology process management or a related field is needed, with tried experience in Loblaw Technology process frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with excellent project management and organizational abilities. Effective communication and organizational skills are vital to succeed in this role, as is proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is helpful. A PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will be diligent and results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong leadership and team teamwork skills are meaningful, as is adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
