Planning, prototyping, validation and integration of multiple reporting with various data source into a modern Azure architecture . The focus of this initiative will be creation and integration 50+ reports into PowerBI with data pipeline creation. As the Project Manager, you will need to lead a diverse team to collect requirements, identify the data and unpack how this is currently ingested into databases, how is it being shared with downstream users, validate reports with stakeholders, estimate what is the effort to create and automate those reports as well as ensuring that governance and best practices are followed for data architecture and cybersecurity. The goal will be understanding technical constraints and chalking out a detailed implementation plan, followed by identifying dependencies and blockers and leading a team of onshore and technical resources to deliver the desired goals and outcomes of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate and administer all aspects Data & Analytics reporting projects planning, organizing, staffing, leading, communicating and controlling project and program activities

• Working with a team to deliver quality goals and outcomes for clients

• Supervise onshore project and program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback

• Building new opportunities; including architecting a program, developing teams and project estimation

• Work with various implementation methodologies (waterfall, hybrid-Agile and Agile) to plan and implement solutions for clients

• Plan the delivery of the overall project and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals

• Develop a project-specific budget and operating plan and deliver to that plan

• Manage the project client relationships with the goal of achieving a high level of client satisfaction

• Liaise with other project managers and team leads to ensure effective and efficient project and program delivery

• Coordinate the delivery of services among different project activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency

• Support go-to-market team with responses to client RFP’s and go-to-market initiatives

Key Skills

• Client facing / Business stakeholder management: Ability to lead client conversations, develop new opportunities and turn them into revenue generating initiatives.

• Self-motivation: responsible for motivating a large team of people. Motivating themselves to stay focused and on-task helps model that behavior for others on the team

• Analytical skills: strong data analysis skills and know how to appropriately evaluate metrics for informed decision making

• Communication abilities: communicate with a large number stakeholders that span across the business and IT through both verbal and written communication

• Leadership skills: strong leadership skills to the team in order to meet their goals and objectives of the client

Technical, Program and Project Expertise

• 5 years of data migration and integration or enterprise data modernization project management experience, or with at least 3 years total IT experience.

• Consulting across Cloud Application/ Integrations/API/ microservices.

• Managing delivery of batch/multi-functional Migrations/Integrations/API/ microservices

• Knowledge of program and project management

• Client groups and knowledge in developing ways to resolve issues related to the program and project management area.

• Capacity for managing several parallel initiatives, identifying and balancing priorities.

• Data Architecture, Data pipeline, Technical Documentation, Creating ERD Diagrams, Data Engineering

• PMP and Agile certification preferred
