Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, deliver high-quality results, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery, and proactively implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders on program status, progress, and key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP/PgMP certification considered an asset.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a program manager or lead, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience managing complex programs and initiatives, from initiation to closure.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent leadership abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with program management tools and methodologies.
