Autodesk est à la recherche d'un(e) concepteur(trice) de l'expérience passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour concevoir intentionnellement des expériences que les clients aiment, à la fois par l'entremise du service à la clientèle et des actions de réussite.

En tant qu'employé(e) à distance ou en mode hybride, dépendant(e) du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e) de la conception d'expérience, vous construirez les plans et les outils de conception d'expérience d'Autodesk. Vous créerez des artefacts convaincants (cartes de parcours, scénarimages, conception d'expérience). Vous utiliserez tous ces outils, votre créativité et vos compétences en facilitation afin de diriger des équipes grâce à des méthodologies d'amélioration de l'expérience et de la conception des services. Vous chercherez à réaliser des prototypes et à concevoir en collaboration avec les clients au moyen de consultations approfondies et de séances de conception conjointe.

Responsabilités

Concevoir, construire et présenter des expériences interactives de qualité supérieure, qui impliquent les membres de l'équipe et aident à générer de la valeur pour les clients

Collaborer avec des équipes pour développer des flux de travaux, concevoir des interactions, évaluer et schématiser les capacités, et produire des artefacts pour inciter les dirigeants d'organisations à l'amélioration de l'expérience

Créer des graphiques et des présentations en accordant une attention égale à la mise en page et à l'intégration fonctionnelle

Concevoir et diriger le développement de concepts et de prototypes présentant de nouvelles interactions pour divers composants des services et des actions de réussite d'Autodesk

Travailler avec les représentants de l'organisation pour finaliser les conceptions fondées sur des idées et des techniques de prototypage afin d'obtenir un retour d'information rapide des client(e)s

Animer des séances de réflexion sur la conception en utilisant des techniques de découverte, d'analyse et d'idéation qui permettent d'explorer un large éventail de possibilités

Travailler en partenariat avec d'autres concepteurs afin de promouvoir les principes de réflexion en matière de conception et collaborer avec d'autres fonctions pour concrétiser la vision et la stratégie

Au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans la conception de services et/ou d'expériences

Maîtrise des disciplines de conception d'expérience : expertise dans la conduite de projets complexes d'études qualitatives sur la clientèle, dans la conduite d'entretiens avec les clients, dans l'animation d'ateliers de schématisation du parcours du client et dans les séances de réflexion sur la conception.

Diriger les équipes, établir et maintenir des relations de confiance, notamment avec les décideurs

Communiquer clairement grâce à des techniques de narration sur différents supports

Solides compétences en gestion de projets : démontrer des compétences efficaces en gestion de projet et une capacité à maintenir une orientation stratégique

Travailler sur des initiatives stratégiques critiques : démarrer des projets qui ont un impact profond sur l'expérience du client, en vous assurant que nos services et produits sont en phase avec les besoins de nos clients au niveau humain

Conversion des données provenant de l'expérience des clients en actions : convertir les données complexes sur l'expérience des clients en un appel à l'action concis et percutant, qui informe les décideurs sur la façon d'améliorer le parcours global du client

Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle grâce à une approche centrée sur l'humain : collaborer avec les équipes de l'organisation pour développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de changement de la culture qui impliquent activement les employés et qui placent le client au centre de chaque décision commerciale

Identifier les besoins émergents et orienter la réflexion : garder une longueur d'avance sur les attentes des clients en identifiant les besoins émergents et en promouvant des approches innovantes qui améliorent l'expérience client d'un bout à l'autre des processus
