- Verifies site conditions, coordinates with drawings and quality assurance reviews.
- Coordinates, marks up and updates drawings.
- Coordinates work specific scope, trades an tracking progress photos.
- Conducts trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates.
- Inputs and updates deficiency logs.
- Performs quantity take-offs and participation in project meetings.
- Produces as-built drawings and maintains record keeping.
- Working towards a degree or diploma in a civil engineering related field.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Eligible for Government security clearance (Basic Reliability).
- A passion for working in a construction environment.
- Experience with the application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
- Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.
- Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
