Senior Project Manager

• Lead a portfolio ICI Projects for the company
This established, Top Tier GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including: Residential Commercial, Healthcare & Education, are seeking their Senior Project Manager with a background in overseeing Ground-Up and/or Major Renovations projects.
You would ultimately oversee a portfolio of major construction projects, whilst growing the division and leading, mentoring & developing multiple teams.
The role involves:
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile ICI projects
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Providing expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
- Developing and implementing project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints
- Leading and growing the Division and teams
Experience needed:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management, overseeing Ground-Up buildings and/or Major Renovations
- Proven expertise in ICI construction, including experience with project planning, procurement, logistics, and installation
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
