This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.Canadian law firm specializing exclusively with tax matters.Recognized as one of the Top Tax Law Boutiques for 2023-24 by Canadian Lawyer.Office conveniently located in Toronto’s Financial District Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee the scanning, uploading and cataloguing of minute books in anticipation of adoption of new corporate services database program;- Manage incoming/outgoing minute books as well as filing of documentation in minute books, as required;- Assist with entry of corporate records/and or newly incorporated entities into corporate management database;- Assist corporate clerks in posting of corporate services disbursements with accounting department; and - Other corporate duties as assigned. Requirements: - 1+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or Law Clerk;- Successful completion of Legal Assistant Diploma program;- Experience with Aderant accounting program an asset- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), document management systems (experience with CorpLink/MinuteBox would be an asset);- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Demonstrated skills in managing multiple priorities with ease; and How To Apply:Kindly email your MS Word resume to kentreg@kentlegal.com, and quote Opportunity #16500 in the subject line of your email.
