The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards, will lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Reporting to the Vice President (VP), People & Culture, this role will ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals and company values. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for creating rewarding employee experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.
  2. Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive positioning of total rewards programs.
  3. Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  4. Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus distributions.
  5. Manage the selection, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  7. Design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that reinforce company values and recognize employee contributions.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of Total Rewards professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  10. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned total rewards strategies.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  12. Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of total rewards programs.
  13. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on total rewards metrics and trends.
What you bring to the table:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  4. In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful total rewards strategies in a dynamic and growing organization.
