Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping compensation strategies in the luxury retail sector? We’re looking for a dynamic Compensation Analyst to support our retail and operations divisions, playing a vital role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. What You'll Do:

Drive Compensation Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct insightful market research to benchmark our compensation practices against the luxury retail landscape.
  • Evaluate salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, and more to ensure alignment with our competitive strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create attractive job offers that resonate with our organizational goals.
Master Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate compensation data, ensuring integrity across all systems.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation trends and market competitiveness to guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data to uncover patterns and provide actionable insights that shape our compensation framework.
Champion Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
  • Ensure our practices comply with local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to keep our compensation practices at the forefront of best practices.
Empower Employee Support & Communication:
  • Offer strategic guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and presentations on new compensation policies.
  • Effectively communicate our compensation programs and policies to employees, fostering transparency and understanding.
Lead Project Management Initiatives:
  • Spearhead exciting compensation projects, including developing a retail incentive program, conducting annual salary reviews, and managing job evaluations and compensation surveys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful compensation initiatives and continuous improvements.
About You:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus
  • Innovative Mindset: You embrace continuous improvement and are always on the lookout for better ways to do things.
  • Proactive Thinker: You think critically and independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle change and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: You excel at organizing data into cohesive, professional reports and presentations.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially advanced Excel) and familiar with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a bonus).
  • Attention to Detail: You have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Confidentiality: You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
