Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialty Pharmacy Business Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth within our specialty pharmacy division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· To support select pharmacies with daily operations of the specific specialty molecule, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

· Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

· Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.

· Work collaboratively with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.

· Monitoring key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess the pharmacy's performance.

· Implementing quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

· Collaborating with other departments within the organization to optimize workflow and efficiency.

· Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum of 5 years of experience with developing specialty pharmaceutical programs is required.

· Licensed Pharmacist or Nurse is preferred

· Willingness and ability to travel across Canada

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Strategic analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.

· Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments

· Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
