- Work with a team of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians in collaboration with other teams to ensure clients receive a safe and effective medication management system.
- Check MedPouches for any errors, broken tabs etc
- Modifying compliance packaging as needed
- Working with the medication packaging machines (PacMed and Synmed)
- Leading by example by demonstrating on a daily basis the core values of Seamless Care

**Job Type / Category**

The **Pharmacy Assistant - Production **position is responsible for checking packaged medications for accuracy. Additionally, if an error is found, they are responsible for correcting, checking, and witnessing the correction. Accurately identifying and recognizing medications, their shape & colour is essential.

This position is full time and maybe between the following hours; Monday to Friday 8 am-7 pm, Saturday 9 am-5 pm or Sunday 9 am-5 pm

Additionally, you will need to work very closely with team members to ensure we deliver world-class service to complement our best-in-class pharmacy service operations.


**Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Keen attention to detail
- Previous experience with medications is an asset
- Ability to distinguish between shape, colour, and size
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay focused and keep busy with mínimal supervision
- Ability to forge partnerships with other team members
- Problem-solving skills, flexible attitude, resourceful and effective in making decisions
- Strong communication skills
