We are looking for an IT Strategic Initiatives Coordinator to join our team.

What you'll do:
  1. Assists the AVP, Strategic Initiatives with overall coordination, reporting and other tasks as required, this will include:
  2. Support and co-ordination of learning & development activities.
  3. IT reporting and management.
  4. Providing input into communications within IT and supporting actions identified by Voice of Aviva survey.
  5. All of the above should be provided with quality and excellence in delivery of the annual plan under the direct supervision of the AVP, Strategic Initiatives and in support of other teams within this department.
  6. The IT Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will be expected to manage small – medium initiatives such as identifying training needs, collation of materials for IT SLT meetings, reporting of management information and completion of research.
  7. Assists with IT change assurance activities such as facilitating IT project and programs from a project environment to BAU ensuring all activities are safely transitioned into BAU and in accordance with the Aviva Change Framework including tracking of projects through all phases from initiation to project completion.
What you'll bring:
  1. 3+ years of experience that is related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  2. Excellent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  4. Strong organization skills including demonstrated tenacity for following up with team on outstanding items.
  5. Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
