Global Inventory Analyst

We are looking for a global inventory management analyst who will report to the manager, inventory and deployment parts & accessories, and who will play a crucial role in delivering analysis and recommendations focused on our global inventory and service level. In collaboration with multiple teams, such as procurement, logistic, product management, finance and regional teams, you will help define and enforce strategy for healthy inventory based on best practices. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and customer promise. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of management to deliver adapted key messages or results.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide strong and timely financial and business analytic decision support to management.
  • Maintain configuration of inventory parameters in IBP to achieve targeted business objectives (service levels, inventory levels, lot size, etc.).
  • Deliver ongoing improvement and redefinition of our tools/processes to support elaborate deployment and inventory policies.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using analytics and research methodologies.
  • Participate in the elaboration of initiatives & tools to optimize and balance our inventory across the world with our service level.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide ongoing reports.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business intelligence, supply chain, computer science, software, computer or industrial engineering or in a pertinent field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business analysis, inventory management or similar role.
  • Intermediate Knowledge on SQL and/or Snowflake.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Powerful storytelling and presentation skills in English and French are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to have fun at work is a must.
  • Knowledge of IBP (SAP) is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 / ECC are considered a strong asset.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an asset.
