Salary: This is a full-time,one year (52 week) contract at $40,000/annum.

Duties:

TheMember Engagement Coordinator Intern will work under the direct supervision ofthe Manager of Business Services and will be responsible for maintaining theChamber’s Customer Relationship Management database and facilitating andtracking member engagement. This role providesthe opportunity for an Intern to contribute their technological aptitude, communicationskills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, growing non-profitorganization.

TheMember Engagement Coordinator Intern will work collaboratively with Chamberstaff to support the various needs of the team including, but not limited to, updating information in the member database, creating marketing and promotional material, assistingin program development and delivery, development and implementation of memberengagement strategies.

Education and Training Required

Degree or diplomain media/information technology orinteractive media, communications, journalism, political science, history, governmentrelations, business/commerce, marketing, English.

· Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to target timelines

· Self-starter

· Creative,solutions-oriented thinker

· Strongwritten communications skills
