Cultiver, faire croître et gérer les relations avec un réseau de sources d’indications de clients en vue de générer des occasions de ventes de nouveaux prêts hypothécaires et d’accroître la part de BMO sur le marché de financement à l’habitation. Repérer activement les occasions d’affaires et les recommander aux collègues de BMO, s’il y a lieu. Élaborer et exécuter des programmes de marketing et de ventes efficaces afin d’obtenir les résultats souhaités. Respecter les politiques liées à la vérification, à la réglementation et à la conformité et suivre l’ensemble des processus et des procédures normalisés.

  • Rechercher activement des occasions de vente pour atteindre ses objectifs en matière de vente et de rentabilité.
  • Communiquer de façon proactive avec des courtiers immobiliers et des sources d’indications identifiés dans le cadre de la création de partenariats à l’échelle nationale ou créer des partenariats à l’échelle locale.
  • Aider à la mise en œuvre de programmes de marketing ciblé, de promotions et d’autres initiatives.
  • Établir et rehausser la présence de la Banque au sein de la collectivité en participant à des foires commerciales, congrès et autres activités connexes.
  • Agir dans l’intérêt du client dans le cadre des activités liées à la demande et au traitement.
  • S’occuper du marketing, de la coordination d’événements et du soutien administratif général.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel qui crée un lien de confiance grâce à l’expertise ainsi qu’à un service et à du soutien adaptés aux besoins.
  • Guider les clients tout au long des activités liées à la demande de prêt hypothécaire et au traitement.
  • Établir un partenariat avec les équipes des succursales pour effectuer un transfert adéquat des clients.
  • Résoudre ou transmettre les problèmes à l’échelon supérieur afin que les attentes des clients soient satisfaites.
  • Repérer les besoins des clients en matière de produits bancaires et les indiquer aux partenaires appropriés de BMO.
  • Élaborer des solutions et faire des recommandations fondées sur la compréhension de la stratégie d’affaires.
  • Participer à l’établissement des priorités d’affaires et de l’ordre de réalisation de la stratégie du secteur d’activité.
  • Effectuer des analyses et des évaluations indépendantes pour résoudre les problèmes stratégiques.
  • Documenter les mises à jour dans les systèmes internes de BMO.
  • Collaborer avec des courtiers immobiliers, notaires, avocats et autres sources externes d’indications de clients.
  • Vendre des produits d’assurance et de financement immobilier.
  • Vérifier si les approbations de prêt hypothécaire respectent les exigences réglementaires.
  • Participer à des projets et à d’autres activités conçus pour améliorer l’expérience client.
  • Agir conformément aux exigences réglementaires et de conformité.
  • Protéger les actifs de la Banque et maintenir la qualité du portefeuille.
  • Réfléchir de manière créative et proposer de nouvelles solutions.
  • Travailler généralement de façon indépendante.

Qualifications :

  • Généralement de trois à cinq années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente avec diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.
  • Connaissance de base de la gestion de portefeuille.
  • Connaissances approfondies du processus d’octroi de prêt hypothécaire.
  • Solides aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles, en vente, en service à la clientèle et en négociation.
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité d’influence.
