About the Role
As Cashier Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while overseeing the daily operations of the Front-end Department. This position combines hands-on cashier duties with leadership responsibilities, making it a perfect opportunity for those passionate about food and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash.
Supervise and support cashiers to maintain high service standards.
Ensure the Front End Department's appearance is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with training and guiding new team members.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a cashier role, with a background in customer service or hospitality. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and carry for extended periods.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
