Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  • Accurately process transactions and handle cash.
  • Supervise and support cashiers to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure the Front End Department's appearance is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with training and guiding new team members.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a cashier role, with a background in customer service or hospitality.  Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and carry for extended periods.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
