They are a leading provider of integrated software license management and optimization for engineering applications.They combine both engineering Software License Management with Usage Monitoring in one best-in-class solution to monitor and report license usage for optimization and cost savings.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their thriving Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling specialized software solutions to engineering organizations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the engineering sector.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

2. Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client’s challenges and goals.
  • Present our software solutions in a compelling manner, demonstrating how they address client’s specific needs.
  • Be the trusted advisor that customers turn to for best practices to monitor and manage their engineering software licenses efficiently and effectively.

3. Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the engineering firms.

4. Provide excellent customer service and support to build trust and loyalty.Sales Presentations, Demonstrations, and Trial Evaluations:

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Address client questions and concerns effectively.
  • Drive trial evaluations and phase reviews of LAMUM in realtime scenario of monitoring and reporting customers engineering software license usage for value-packed solution selling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B software sales, preferably in the technology or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, applications, and software solutions.
  • Vendor, distributor, or reseller experience selling, implementing, or supporting engineering software tools
  • Firm comprehension of software license models: concurrent, networked, floating cloud-based subscription, named-user, node-locked, dongle, HASP, etc.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
