About the job
Our Senior Talent Partner is the heart behind the businesses most critical strategies. This individual will build highly impactful teams and align key stakeholders within that drive business growth and change. The Senior Talent Partner is a true partner to the business and enables the success of the TA team, the hiring managers, SLT and more.
Your impact
- Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the success of company-wide People initiatives (i.e. referral program, internal careers, employee engagement & more)
- Making impactful hires from entry-level to leadership
- Managing multiple competing hiring priorities (up to 6 reqs at a time) with quality and speed
- Eliminates barriers for successful hiring through creative problem-solving
- Equips and enables success through aligning ContactMonkey, internal stakeholders and the candidate market
- Creates directional change within hiring perspective/philosophy through presenting data in a meaningful and effective way (both in conversation and presentation style)
- Upskills Hiring Managers through effectively training on new processes/approaches to the hiring strategy
- Obsessed with internal metrics to measure one’s own performance along with other success indicators for hiring
- Delivers top tier candidate experiences through critical thinking, expectation management, professionalism and knowledge sharing
- Manages offers with urgency, confidence and in demonstrating a win-win agreement for both parties
- Analyzes risk at all stages of the candidate pipeline and proactively mitigate using various strategies
About you
- 5+ years of full cycle B2B recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- 1+ years of high-tech/SaaS specific recruitment experience (in-house)
- 1+ years of experience within a high growth organization
- Power user of recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, tracking dashboards and more
- A headhunter, who will bring creative, game-changing approaches to our strategy for sourcing and attracting top talent. Proven infinding and attracting candidates with specific skillsets in a highly competitive landscape such as B2B SaaS
- Salary and benefits negotiation
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change with data
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem solving and urgency
