Job Title: Brand Advocate, Supervisor Job Description:

The Supervisor, Brand Advocate role is an exciting position within The Home Depot Canada eCommerce team. This role is part of our growing Brand Advocate program and plays a crucial role in developing and supporting the program.

The supervisor is accountable for managing, mentoring, and leading a team of 6-7 brand advocate analysts and a specific portfolio within Home Depot's product assortment. The supervisor's team of analysts directly manage vendor accounts, provide strategic insights, data analytics, reporting, deep dive analysis projects, content enrichment projects, and operational support for each vendor.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. 50% Associate Development and Growth:
    • Lead, direct, and support a team of associates
    • Influence associates through effective communication and driving engagement
    • Mentor, support, and develop the Analysts and Sr. Analysts
    • Optimize diverse talent across the team
  2. 40% Supplier Portfolio Management:
    • Ownership of the portfolio of suppliers and ensure success
    • Maintain strong supplier and cross-functional partner relationships
    • Plan and align with cross-functional teams
  3. 10% Program Development:
    • Develop new services, analysis, and tools for the brand advocate program
    • Improve team management and introduce new processes and tools
    • Develop and launch training programs for new associates and career development
