I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a company specializing in the manufacturing industry, located in Montreal, for a Maintenance Planner - Day Shift, 40 hours/week.

Your Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment.
* Ensure the availability of spare parts and necessary tools for maintenance tasks.
* Use SAP software to manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance operations tracking.
* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize shutdown scheduling.
* Analyze maintenance history and performance indicators to propose improvements.
* Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with work standards.
* Implement continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability.
* Other related tasks.

Your Professional Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in SAP software, a mandatory requirement
* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methods

Your Profile

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering, or any relevant field
* Experience in a manufacturing environment, a significant asset
* Knowledge of English, an asset

Salary
$80K to $85K gross annual salary depending on experience + 5% bonus.
